- Fred Manson White 78 Rt 2, Crawfordsville a farmer and Montgomery County native died at 2:45 p.m. Monday at the Ben Hur Nursing Home in Crawfordsville. He was a 50-year member of the Crawfordsville Masonic Lodge and American Legion. He was a member of the Wabash Ave Presby. Church and WWI Barracks at Ladoga. Born on Nov 23, 1893 he was a son of William G. and Lavanda Mason White. He was married to Bernice Barker on Jan 16, 1996. She survives. Other survivors include a daughter ,Mrs. Marianne Moon of Atlanta Ga; a sister, Ruth Binford of Crawfordsville; a sister-in-law Mrs. Harry White of Greenfield and 3 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tnursday Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev Larimore Wickett officiating. Burial in Oak Hill Cem Masonic services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday. -- kbz
